CounterPoint Consulting Inc was retained by the Oral Health Care Sector Study Organization to prepare a Discussion Paper for public consumption on the status of oral health care human re-sources in Canada, the oral health care labour market model, and the use of the model to investigate human resources problems and solutions.

Following the development of a labour market simulation model for oral health care professionals, CounterPoint Consulting Inc was retained to undertake Element 1 of Phase 3 of this major ongoing study. Element 1 involve a national undertaking to collect the most recent and best available data for the oral health care labour market model.
